Anyone help me say some things in Latin? (Not even all of them if you don’t have the time)?

Question by Liam: Anyone help me say some things in Latin? (Not even all of them if you don’t have the time)?
I have heard some Latin phrases recently and was just wondering if anybody could maybe write out how to pronounce them?
“Numero pondere et mensura Deus omnia condidit” (God created everything by number, weight and measure) By Isaac Newton
“Omnia vincit amor ” (Love conquers all) By Virgil
“felix qui potuit rerum cognoscere causas” (happy is he who knows the causes of things) By Virgil

And finally could anyone perhaps tell me how to say this in latin? “It’s amazing how much I can love you without you having a clue”

Yeah a bit of a weird question but it would be great to be able to say these things, a brief breakdown of how to pronounce each (or some of the phrases) would be great!
