Bill Gates Takes on Schools That Don’t Teach
Today, on the third day of the 2011 “TED Conference,” the soft-spoken Bill Gates, philanthropist and former Microsoft CEO, was on the attack. Gates sharply criticized states for how they are dealing with the financial crisis in American education.
