BodyWeight Exercises Build Determination Like Arnie, Henry Ford and Ray Kroc

Sometimes things seem tough, you just seem to be coming up against problem after problem.

Maybe your training has plateaued despite your best efforts, your financial situation is deteriorating instead of improving or your relationships just aren’t working out.

You’re doing a lot of the stuff that you’ve read about, but it STILL isn’t working!

So what should you do?

You have one choice. Press on. Under, over, around or through. Progress isn’t always easy, but its always worth it. Believe that you can do it, and persist until you do.

Sometimes the best thing to do is change something, so if its your physical condition that you’ve been working on, then why not add bodyweight exercises to your repertoire. These exercises build incredible strength, stamina and fierce determination because you’re always working on yourself. Set a fitness target, for example 1,000 push ups, 1,000 chin ups and 1,000 free squats and get them done. You know that when you achieved this that you can achieve just about anything when you put your mind to it!

Winners never quit, and quitters never win!

Remember you already have all the advantages you’re ever going to need.

Ray’s Secret, Founder of McDonald’s –

“Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence.

Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.

Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.

What differentiates winners from losers is their stubbornness, they simply won’t quit.

Think about two of the really big names of our time in different areas – Arnold Schwarzenegger and Henry Ford. Do you think that they might have had bad days, of course they did, but what marks them out from your average Joe is the fact that they stood firm, persisted, believed and achieved what they desired most.

If you look at Arnie, it is abundantly clear that to produce the results that made him a repeat winner of the Mr Universe competition, he induced incredible stresses on his muscles in order to build mammoth strength. He knew that accepting and overcoming these stresses would get him what he wanted, and he believed that he could do it.

In the same way Henry Ford is famous for the line –

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right!”

So stick in and get what you want. I believe you can do it, and again if its your fitness that you want or need to improve then it has to be bodyweight exercises for ferocious strength, power and determination.

Here’s some picture and video highlights from our visit to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn MI. We trekked to The Henry Ford specifically to see the 1601 Allegheny locomotive. That mammoth steam engine is in great shape; totally the opposite from the only other remaining Allegheny which was rusting away outside at the Baltimore B&O Museum for ages. And The Henry Ford had so many other great exhibits too. It was a great visit. Music: “You’re Gonna Miss Me” by 13th Floor Elevators
