Question by Everard G: Did everyone remember Charles Darwin’s 199th birthday?
You can read all about him here:
“Charles Robert Darwin (12 February 1809 – 19 April 1882) was an English naturalist. After becoming eminent among scientists for his field work and inquiries into geology, he proposed and provided scientific evidence that all species of life have evolved over time from one or a few common ancestors through the process of natural selection.”
ALL of today’s medical research, and the most of the cures we take for granted, are built on the skeleton of Darwin’s research and his original ‘theory’.
Next time you get a shot from the doctor raise your shot glass and drink to Charles.
Happy Birthday Charles who is no longer with us but his memory will linger for as long as humans survive.
