Five caterers approved for PCCC events
People who plan events using the Prairie Capital Convention Center will now have five caterers from which to choose. The board overseeing the center voted unanimously today to approve the list of caterers who can be used: the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel & Conference Center, Arena Food Service, Secret Recipes, Poe’s Catering and McCormick’s Catering.
