Question by Tim: Does Orville Redenbacher’s Popping & Topping Buttery Flavor Popcorn Oil contain hydrogenated oil?
The oil in the ingredients is listed as simply “soybean oil”. Is this oil hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated, or not hydrogenated at all?
This is not microwave popcorn. This is a topping oil for any kind of popped popcorn. Microwave popcorn specifically lists in the ingredients, that the oils are hydrogenated. This product simply says “soybean oil”, but not whether it is hydrogenated or not.

its completely hydrogenated. don’t eat “butter flavored” instant popcorn. its really bad for you. even the “light” flavor. and the extra flavor powders are even worse.

buy the unsalted or natural flavors then add your own butter or margarine or salt
