“If I …. (live) in 17th century, I … ( meet) Sir Issac Newton.”
first, i thought that the sentence would be “if i had lived in 17th century, i would have met Sir Isaac Newton”, cause i thought that it was unreal condition in the past. After thinking more, now i guess it is unreal condition at present :”if i lived in 17th century, I would meet Sir Isaac Newton”. The sentence implies that the present living were in 17th century. Am I right?? what do you think??
