is steve nash the perfect role model for kids who dream of playing in the NBA?

Question by Jake Sam: is steve nash the perfect role model for kids who dream of playing in the NBA?
1.) he started playing basketball when he was in 8th grade. this means that kids that are dreaming of being NBA players around the age of 13-14 are probably better than he was at that age

2.) he isn’t very athletic. he is pretty quick, but he is small, kinda scrawny and has no hops. but he is fundamentally sound.

3.) he never gave up on his dream. all colleges passed him up except santa clara which is pretty unheard of if you’re speaking of basketball. Plus, he was from canada which isn’t really the basketball country

4.) he probably the top 5 point guards to ever play the game. he has a quote that states “If everyone pacticed half as hard as i do, i’d be out of job”

tell me what you guys think
