Metro Detroit’s home prices on way up as inventory falls
Metro Detroit home sales sank by 7% in March, with only Macomb County showing positive traction in a continually weak housing market. There were 4,394 metro Detroit home sales in March, compared with 4,727 in March 2010, according to data released Monday by Realcomp, the Farmington Hills-based multiple listing service.
