You left out the name of the author, which you were refer to when citing. It should be like this:
Paluri, Ravi Kumar. “Bill Gates – A Story of Success.” Buzzle Web Portal: Intelligent Life on the Web. Web. 27 Feb. 2010.
with, of course, the name of the site underlined. I am not positive but I think you could get away with just calling the site Buzzle Web Portal. Then, for citation, you would put the name of the author and page number at the end. Since there is no page number you would just use the name.
So if this is a sentence I would need to cite I would end it like this (Foucault 492).
But you would just end the sentence with (Paluri). if you were using this source.
