Q&A: If you had an Island, and a lot of money, what would you do?

Question by Stuck on a question: If you had an Island, and a lot of money, what would you do?
Let’s say the island is about 5 square miles, fairly dense woodland, good terrain for building. And you have the “Bill Gates” amount of money. You can do anything with the island. Anything! Please post answers! =)

heyy i would make my own town and put maddd stuff on it and then invite a population to live there but i wud be the leader lmaooo thats what i would do i guess
