SNOW MUCH BETTER
This time the mayor played it right. With between six and 20 inches predicted for a city that was still digging out from the Blizzard of 2010, Mayor Michael Bloomberg declared a weather emergency on Tuesday, January 11 – and had Department of Sanitation equipment rolling.
