Teach What You Have Learned And Watch Your Business Grow

At an early age we are taught at school that it is wrong to share answers to problems with fellow classmates. Of coarse this is only to see if students are learning the material, but it can be harmful if you keep this belief alive in your career. If you are afraid to ask for help in areas that you lack knowledge you will not go far because there is no way that an individual can know everything. Or if you are scared to share your solutions with others it will limit your success equally.

The thing to keep in mind is that most of the ultra successful people in any area are also the most generous. In fact, the better you become at sharing your secrets and solutions the more success you will experience. This is because people are drawn to individuals who share quality, valuable information that can truly help them. Look at the top producers or the top salesman, chances are they have a book or speaking events where they can share what they have learned.

Henry Ford was once accused of being ignorant because he had only gone to a few years of schooling. Ford replied by saying that he could solve any problem they could come up with. The men took the challenge and when they gave Ford the first question he simply called on one of his friends for the answer to the problem. Of coarse the men said that was not allowed and Ford replied by saying that he could indeed find the answer to any problem or question.

There is no question that Mr. One person who really got the idea of a mastermind, was Henry Ford. The goal is not to know the answer to every single question or to be the smartest person in the room. Always network with people who are smarter than you so that you can grow your knowledge.

If you have been holding on to any ideas or secrets that have helped you in your business, try sharing them and see what happens. If you have got value or benefits from knowledge or whatever else then chance are other people will benefit as well. That is the name of the game, find what works for you and then share it with others to help them. If you are hesitant to share your ideas with the public because you think it will help the competition, then you are looking at things in a scarcity mentality. There is an unlimited amount of ideas in this world. The more you teach and share, the more you will get in return.
